More food writing

I just wrote a new article at This time it's on how to make a California roll. I found researching this article to be quite interesting. I love California rolls but I had no clue on how they were actually made. Now I know, and you can too if you read this article...

As I said in the article, I'm queasy about sushi. California rolls are a safe and easy entry into the world of sushi.
